Monday – Thursday 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Friday 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Appointments are intentionally scheduled to allow ample time for meaningful conversations, preventive care, chronic disease management, and comprehensive treatment planning.
Telephone & Video Visits
Scheduled telephone and video visits are available when clinically appropriate.
Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Appointments outside of these hours may occasionally be arranged based on clinical need and provider availability.

Meet the Staff
Luvy Martinez, LVN
Practice Manager & Licensed Vocational Nurse
Luvy Martinez is a Licensed Vocational Nurse and Practice Manager at Monterey Peninsula Concierge Care. She has worked alongside Dr. Daniel Torba since 2018, when she joined him in Family Medicine at Montage Medical Group. Over four years, she served as a Medical Assistant, Lead Medical Assistant, and Clinical Back Office Supervisor, becoming a familiar and trusted face to many of Dr. Torba’s longtime patients.
Since beginning her healthcare career in 2017, Luvy has gained experience in family medicine, urology, orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, aesthetics, geriatrics, and behavioral health. She has also served in clinical leadership roles as a Lead LVN, helping deliver compassionate, patient centered care while supporting both patients and healthcare teams.
Luvy is passionate about creating a welcoming and personalized healthcare experience. She believes the best care begins with strong relationships built on trust, compassion, and genuine connection. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, exploring the California coastline, and enjoying everything the Monterey Peninsula has to offer.
