Membership

Monterey Peninsula Concierge Care is a membership-based primary care practice designed to provide a highly personalized and elevated healthcare experience. By maintaining a deliberately limited patient panel, Dr. Torba is able to offer exceptional access, continuity, responsiveness, and individualized attention to each patient.

Your annual membership includes:

• Extended, unhurried appointments

• Same-day or next-day scheduling when available

• Personalized preventive and longevity-focused care

• Advanced cardiometabolic screening and risk assessment

• Enhanced coordination with specialists, including direct physician-to-physician communication when appropriate

• Communication and care coordination with Dr. Torba during admissions to Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula

• Direct physician access for established members

Once enrolled, members receive Dr. Torba’s direct clinical communication line for secure text and phone access regarding medical concerns, questions, and care coordination.

Membership is intended to enhance the patient experience and does not replace health insurance coverage.

Covered medical services may be billed to Medicare or commercial insurance in accordance with payer guidelines. Applicable copays, deductibles, coinsurance amounts, and non-covered medical expenses remain the patient’s responsibility.

The annual membership fee supports the enhanced access, communication, care coordination, preventive planning, and concierge-level services that are not typically available in traditional primary care practices.

Laboratory testing, imaging, specialist services, hospital care, medications, and other third-party services are billed separately through insurance or paid directly by the patient as applicable.

Membership is offered on a limited and selective basis.
